2010 February: Best Interest Decision - Decision to Sell Parcels in Existing and New Subdivisions
Description: The proposed action is a sale of existing subdivision parcels and TLO developed subdivision parcels to the highest bidder through a sealed bid auction in various locations throughout Alaska. Some parcels may be further subjected to an outcry acution process. If not sold in the first auction the parcels may be offered in a second competitive auction early the following year. |

2010 February: Notice - Decision to Sell Parcels in Existing and New Subdivisions
Description: Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of AS 38.05.801 and 11 AAC 99, the Executive Director of the Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office has determined that it is in the best interest of the Alaska Mental Trust and its beneficiaries to sell up to 100 existing subdivision parcels. |
